I built this practice to close that gap.
With more than fifteen years leading operations across global and multi-site organisations, including senior roles within H&M’s international operations, I have spent my career in the engine room where strategy either delivers or falls apart. I understand margin pressure, growth that outpaces structure and the cost of decisions made without a clear picture.
My background spans enterprise operations, performance leadership and governance. Most of my career has been spent as an operations leader, accountable for results, cadence and delivery, alongside business development and executive roles shaping strategic direction.
I have partnered closely with CEOs, COOs and senior leadership teams, helping them make clear, well-judged decisions, align stakeholders and convert uncertainty into practical, executable action.
In Australia, I have led national operating performance across multi-site organisations, delivering measurable EBIT uplift alongside sustained improvements in quality and customer performance.
