Phase 1 of the Strategic Direction Engagement, available as a standalone diagnostic. You receive the Reality Report, a documented view of the financial truth of your business, the risks it carries, and where the structural pressure sits. Yours to own.
The artefacts from your original engagement are designed to be lived with, and eventually renewed. Phases 2 and 3 re-run with current inputs. Updated Operating Architecture Map and Scenario Board.

With more than fifteen years leading operations across global and multi-site organisations, including senior roles within H&M’s international operations, I have spent my career in the engine room where strategy either delivers or falls apart. I understand margin pressure, growth that outpaces structure and the cost of decisions made without a clear picture.
My background spans enterprise operations, performance leadership and governance. Most of my career has been spent as an operations leader, accountable for results, cadence and delivery, alongside business development and executive roles shaping strategic direction.
I have partnered closely with CEOs, COOs and senior leadership teams, helping them make clear, well-judged decisions, align stakeholders and convert uncertainty into practical, executable action.
In Australia, I have led national operating performance across multi-site organisations, delivering measurable EBIT uplift alongside sustained improvements in quality and customer performance.
